What makes a UAE round awkward

  1. 01Addresses often arrive as a building, a community and a landmark instead of a street number, so typing stops by hand is slow and easy to get wrong
  2. 02One courier day can mix dense towers in Dubai Marina with a run down Sheikh Zayed Road to Abu Dhabi
  3. 03Sale events and Ramadan evenings push the stop count far above a normal week, and new orders land during the day
  4. 04Midday heat and evening delivery slots squeeze the work into fewer, tighter hours
02 · Why RouteMate

What it does about it

Scan the label: the phone camera reads the printed address and adds the stop, so a 60-stop van does not start with 20 minutes of typing

One solve over the full stop list, with time windows for evening slots and customer-booked times

Re-optimise the remaining stops when a new pickup or a failed delivery changes the day

Team dispatch, live tracking and proof of delivery for courier companies with several vans, at one price for the account

03 · Who runs it

Typical operations

  • Last-mile couriers for e-commerce sellers in Dubai and Sharjah
  • Owner-drivers who take subcontracted parcel routes
  • Restaurants, florists and pharmacies with their own delivery vans
  • Courier companies that run Dubai and Abu Dhabi routes from one desk
04 · Addresses

Addresses without street numbers

In the UAE a delivery address is often a building name, a community and a landmark. A driver who reads that off a label and types it into a map app loses time at every stop, and a wrong tower means a second attempt.

RouteMate's label scanner reads the address as printed and adds it as a stop. Check each new stop on the map before you optimise. Fix a pin that lands on the wrong building before the van leaves, not at the door.

05 · E-commerce peaks

Heavy days and same-day changes

Many planners optimise only 25 stops at a time and join the blocks together. On a heavy sale-week day, the driver pays for every seam between those blocks.

RouteMate solves the full list at once: 150 stops per route on Solo AI, 500 on Pro Driver, and no limit on Team. When a new order lands at 4 pm, re-optimise the stops that remain and keep the completed ones fixed.

06 · Prices

Prices in US dollars

RouteMate prices are in US dollars. There is no separate AED price. Starter is free with 5 routes of 5 stops, so you can test the route order on your own streets first.

Team is US$49 a month for the whole account, not per driver, so a courier company that adds vans for the busy season does not see the invoice move.
