How does the AI label scanner work?
The AI label scanner uses your device's camera to photograph shipping labels, then processes the image through Google's Gemini AI to extract and validate delivery addresses. It handles printed labels, handwritten addresses, and can process multiple labels in a single photo.
Can I import stops from a spreadsheet?
Yes, RouteMate supports CSV import for bulk stop entry. Simply export your delivery list from any spreadsheet application, map the columns to our fields (address, name, phone, notes), and import. All addresses are automatically geocoded and validated.
Does RouteMate support drag-and-drop route editing?
Absolutely. After optimization, you can manually reorder stops by dragging them in the stop panel. This is useful when you need to accommodate a last-minute change or lock a specific stop to a certain position in the sequence. The route recalculates automatically.

Do I need an internet connection to use RouteMate?
An internet connection is required to optimize routes and sync data. However, once a route is optimized, the turn-by-turn directions are cached on your device so you can continue navigating even if you briefly lose connectivity.
