Is RouteMate free to use?
RouteMate offers a generous free tier that includes up to 20 stops per route and 5 routes per day. This is ideal for independent drivers and small operations. Paid plans unlock higher limits, team features, and API access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Annual plans are also available with a discount. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Do you offer discounts for large teams?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for teams with 10 or more drivers. Contact our sales team at hello@routemate.app for a custom quote. We also offer special pricing for non-profit organisations and emergency services.
